Rainy Days

Daphne has been dying to get outside with this rain and jump in the puddles.  It was the first thing she requested on wake-up this morning and I delayed her just long enough to get some breakfast in her and change out of jammies.  She LOVED it and was in her element, playing happily for over an hour.  I watched from the window as Rowan was a little overanxious to join her and didn't happen to have any rain clothes herself.  We warmed up with hot chocolate and a show afterwards and some fort building and friends.  Here's to our "chilly" and stormy So Cal winter weather!
